Golden Baby

The. Hunger. Games. Movie. Is. Tomorrow. I'm dying inside. I know I sound like a love-struck teenager (since I'm the big 2-0, I can complain about teenagers all I want... just kidding, I'm still twelve at heart), but it's just so good. I told T to read it, but that was pointless right from the beginning. I'm just so excited!

Okay, I've recollected myself. Anyway, I'm not sure if many of you know, but Canadian pride has got me jumping up and down with glee and gaiety when I am asked to share anything Canadian-made. So when the lovely people from Foxy Originals asked me to pick a few items to share with y'all, I couldn't wait. I actually showed off their agate necklace before, but here's their official introduction. Anyway, Foxy Originals ethically produces all their jewelry in Toronto, Canada (show them some love, guys) and better yet, they use materials that won't stain your skin green! That's happened much too many times to me. And yes, coating rings with nail polish coating works for a bit, but I'm super lazy and re-coating takes too much effort (there is no end to my laziness). Also, send some love over to the people at Mont Affair, who somehow manage to produce beauuutiful clothes but at such a darn low price. I still don't know how they do it.

PS: If you live somewhere freakishly cold and unbearable, you're going to want to invest in a pair of fleece linings (like the ones I'm wearing from Mexy below). That was one of my biggest problems with winter--not being able to wear leggings. But now, I can wear leggings all year 'round! Actually, winter never stopped me. Now I just don't have to freeze.

Can't wait for the movie too. Al thought the idea has been "raped" several times, from the trailer I think it might be an eye candy !

The dress and necklace are so pretty, I'll definitely check those brands out. And glad you won't be freezing, haha, I always wondered how you managed to do it.
