We were never built to last

I feel like I had something relatively important to say, but I've forgotten it. Story of my life. So now you have the option of reading the useless jibber jabber that follows. Your patience humbles me. Anyway, I've just decided this split second to spontaneously make a pact with myself and my fellow internet friends (this be you) that I will not purchase anything on the interwebz for the next month or so (until I leave for Seattle). I am counting on everyone around me to keep me accountable, considering that I could never do so. Just kidding, I'll try my best. In the mean time, I should stop "window shopping." This probably means that I'll have to unsubscribe to all the different online boutiques, etc etc to prevent temptation. It's like I'm going to rehab for an addiction of some sort (that's what T calls it at least).

Okay, now I remember what I was going to say. And it's kind of dumb that I forgot considering it has everything to do with my outfit (see below). If I haven't gushed about Oak + Fort before, then I will do it now. I apologize for any false uses of grammar and/or vocabulary because I often become speechless and dumbfounded when talking about stores of this caliber. Was that too much? Okay, I'll tone it down a bit. Anyway, I received an e-mail a while ago from fashion blogger extraordinaire M'c Kenneth of Little Fashionisto asking if I was interested in a collaboration. You see, I would explain my reaction, but that in itself would be a whole different story filled with cries of joy and caps lock texts being sent to my mom. Anyway, being the shitty blogger I am, I've only been able to take the photos yesterday. Yesterday. Can you believe it?! Between trying to find a day that wasn't raining, a time that my brother was available, and a mood in which I wasn't too, too lazy, I finally took the photos which I definitely regret not taking earlier. So, with this, I present to you the perfection that is Oak + Fort. Just don't look at me, because that ruins everything.
